The Committee received a technical briefing from Welsh Government officials on the forthcoming socio-economic duty regulations.

The Committee also noted that the inconsistency highlighted in the technical reporting point has been addressed in The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel and Restrictions) (Amendment) (No.2) (Wales) Regulations 2021 which were made on Friday 15 January 2021 and which will be considered at a future meeting.
